Easy to use - infoWEB uses standard Microsoft conventions such that little or no user training is required. The end user interface is an Explorer-like tree, with folders, sub-folders and reports. Searching - infoWEB supports 2 search types. The first search option allows an end user to find a report. The second option allows searching for specific text within a report
Customized views - infoWEB clients have the ability to hide rows and/or columns, freeze rows and/or columns, look at different parts of a page or at different pages at the same time, change the font and magnify or reduce the size of the report using the ActiveX and Standalone viewing options
Export of data - infoWEB provides direct export capabilities with its ActiveX and Standalone viewing options, which also provide a utility to build templates for reports that a client might want to export on a regular basis. Once a template is defined for a particular report, that report can be exported with a single mouse click
E-mail of reports and documents - infoWEB can e-mail complete copies or only specific pages of a report or a document to infoWEB email clients. This process is totally automated
